About
A cross-disciplinary approach to litigation and risk analysis
Ghislain de Foucher has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2018. Before founding his firm in 2026, he spent eight years as an associate within the criminal law team of Bredin Prat. He previously trained at Paul Hastings and Spinosi & Sureau, and worked for a year in the legal and compliance department of Société Générale Insurance.
He has also taught on the LL.M. in Financial Criminal Law at Cergy Paris Université (Business Criminal Law in Practice).
He holds degrees from HEC Paris (Ms/LL.M. in International Law and Management), Cergy Paris Université (LL.M. in Financial Criminal Law) and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master I in Business and Tax Law).
He is fluent in French and English.
Ghislain de Foucher is a member of the Association des Avocats Pénalistes (French Association of Criminal Defence Lawyers, ADAP) and of the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA).
He practises throughout France.

Fees
A fee structure adapted to each client’s profile
For each individual matter, the basis for determining fees is agreed in advance, in full transparency, and, where the scope of work can be reliably assessed, a fixed fee may be proposed.
For recurring advisory or contentious needs, the firm can offer framework agreements or subscription arrangements.
In every case, particular attention is paid to the financial stakes involved and to the client’s ability to pay, in order to set the fairest possible terms.
