Disciplinary Proceedings

Me de Foucher regularly assists and represents victims and respondents before the disciplinary bodies of higher education institutions and professional orders (ordres professionnels).

He also appears before prison disciplinary committees, and is registered on the list of court-appointed lawyers providing assistance and representation to detainees at the Paris La Santé Correctional Facility.
